| Q. How much will my labels cost?
A. In order to figure the cost we need to know the specifications of the label. Specifically we need to know:
•what the label will be adhered to,
•the size and shape of the label cut,
•what substrates will be used,
•the number of inks to be used.
•We also need an idea of the quantity of labels you will print because the price per label decreases the more you print. Go to the PRICE REQUEST page for a no-obligation price estimate.

Q. How fast can I get labels?
A. This depends on the size and complexity of the job. Most orders are filled within one week. Giving your order priority status will move it more quickly for an additional fee.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes. The minimum order is 1000 labels.

Q. How should I submit my artwork?
A. You may transfer artwork to us thru our submissions page, e-mail it to artwork@american-label.com (please compress the files first), or put it on a CD or DVD and mail it to us. For more specifics on formating etc., take a look at our artwork standards.

Q. What if I don't have any digital artwork?
A. If you don't have digital artwork we can often generate digital files from your "camera-ready" art. If you don't have any artwork contact us and set up a free consultation with one of our talented in-house design staff members. We can help you create a look for your packaging that has shelf-appeal. For non-consulting design time the cost is $60 per hour after a complimentary 30 minutes. Often several design options can be created in about 4 to 5 hours time.

Q. Do you have shelf stock (pre-made labels)?
A. We carry "Fragile" preprinted labels. We also offer a large selection of blank labels and ribbons for thermal transfer pinters.
